🚚 Processing Times

All our artworks are handcrafted and made-to-order.

  • Processing Time: 5–15 business days
  • Custom Orders: May take slightly longer depending on complexity. We’ll always keep you updated.

  • United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
  • Europe: 5–9 business days
  • USA: 6–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • UK, USA & EU: Free shipping on all orders

🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs (EU Customers)

While shipping is free, EU customers may be required to pay local VAT, customs duties, or other applicable taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping partners may also request an invoice and identity documents to process your shipment through customs. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and contact number at the time of placing your order to avoid delays.

📦 Packaging & Delivery

  • Artworks are shipped rolled in reinforced art tubes or ready-to-hang (if selected at checkout).
  • Each piece is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
