We provide visual proofs before dispatch for every order. You will receive images or visualizations of your artwork in your space (if requested) to ensure you're fully satisfied with:
- Colors
- Composition
- Size and scale
- Customization (if applicable)
We only ship your artwork once you approve the final result.
🔁 Return Eligibility
Since our artworks are made-to-order and customized, we do not offer change-of-mind returns after shipment.
However, we are happy to offer:
- Corrections or replacements in case of transit damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Replacements only if reported within 7 days of delivery.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork:
- Email us at support@wishanart.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or resolution.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Custom and personalized artwork (after dispatch)
- Artwork approved via proofing
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
💰 Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., for artwork damaged beyond repair or unavailable for replacement):
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days.
📦 Return Shipping (if required)
We will cover return shipping costs only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for safe return shipping.
